Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these “general conditions of use” is to provide a legal framework for the use of the site www.osezlaube.fr and its services.
This contract is between :
The association l’Aube en Champagne Tourisme, also known as the Comité Départemental du Tourisme de l’Aube en Champagne, hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”,
Any individual or legal entity wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
Article 2: Access to services
The User of the site www.osezlaube.fr has access to the following services:
- View a presentation of the department: its territories, specific features, current events
- View the full range of hospitality and talent management services and contact the teams
- Access to the possibility of creating an account to obtain more specific information, and make personalized requests
- Access to a map of the territory
- Read blog posts
- Download service documents
Any User with Internet access may access the site free of charge from any location. The costs incurred by the User to access the site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.
The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, in particular for maintenance purposes, without any obligation to give prior notice or justification.
Article 3: Acceptance and updates of the cgu
Access to the Site is subject to the User’s compliance with the Terms of Use. Consequently, by browsing the Site alone, the User is deemed to have accepted the GCU.
When the user registers on the site www.osezlaube.fr he confirms that he accepts, without restriction or reservation, the terms of use. If the user does not agree with any of the terms, he/she is free not to use our services or to no longer use our services (in the event of modification of the terms of the GCU).
We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. In this case, we will publish the new versions of the GCU on the pages of our site www.osezlaube.fr and we’ll alert you by e-mail.
Article 4: User responsibility
The User is responsible for the risks associated with the use of his/her login and password when logging in to leave a comment (blog section) and to leave a review on tourist establishments that allow it.
The User’s password must remain secret. In the event of disclosure of the password, the Publisher declines all responsibility.
Users assume full responsibility for their use of the information and content available on the www.osezlaube.fr website .
Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be compensated by the site.
The member undertakes to use language that is respectful of others and of the law, and accepts that such publications may be moderated or refused by the Editor, without any obligation to provide justification.
By publishing on the site, the User grants the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute his/her publication, directly or through an authorized third party.
The User expressly guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.
In the event of a breach of one or more of these obligations, we reserve the right to exclude from the Service www.osezlaube.fr Service.
Article 5: Responsibility of the publisher
The Publisher cannot be held responsible for any server or network malfunction.
Similarly, the site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
The Editor reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information published on the site is deemed reliable via its entire network (such as the Offices de Tourisme de l’Aube, the Gîte de France, the Comité Régional de Tourisme de Champagne Ardenne).
Article 6: Limitation of liability
Use of the site is at the user’s sole risk. Under no circumstances shall www.osezlaube.frnor its partners or subcontractors shall be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, including but not limited to material damage, loss of data or programs, or financial loss, resulting from access to or use of this site or any sites linked to it. The content of the site is presented without any guarantee whatsoever.
Access to the products and services presented on the site may be subject to restrictions. You must therefore ensure that the law of the country from which the connection is established authorizes you to access our site.
Article 7: Rights and intellectual property
Site content www.osezlaube.fr (logos, texts, graphics, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright under the French Intellectual Property Code.
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, logos, cartographies, animated or non-animated sequences and all works integrated into the site are the property of Aube en Champagne Tourisme or third parties who have authorized Aube en Champagne Tourisme to use them.
Reproductions, on a paper or computer medium, of the said site and the documents reproduced therein are authorized for the sole purpose of preparing one’s stay in the Aube department, excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes and/or that they comply with the provisions of article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, without prior authorization from Aube en Champagne Tourisme.
The User must obtain permission from the site editor before reproducing, copying or publishing any of this content.
The User is entirely responsible for any content he/she puts online and undertakes not to harm any third party.
The Site Editor reserves the right to moderate or delete content posted by users at any time and without justification.
This entire site is governed by French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. The information contained on www.osezlaube.fr are the exclusive property of Aube en Champagne Tourisme. All rights of reproduction, representation and adaptation are reserved, including for texts, downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.

Article 10: Contract duration
The duration of the present contract is indefinite. The contract is effective for the User from the start of use of the service.
Article 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree, in the first instance, to attempt to resolve it amicably. In the event of failure to do so, all disputes which may arise between the parties, relating to the signature, interpretation, performance and termination of the present contract, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, to which the parties expressly confer jurisdiction, even in the event of multiple defendants, in summary proceedings, on a warranty claim or by petition.
